While my principal focus is on providing executive coaching services leaders, I also provide HR consulting and advisory services to companies (as outlined below) based on my many years in the HR function.


Executive Coaching

Working with client groups that include high potential leaders (including first time C-Suite execs), HR leaders targeting CPO role, executives taking on international responsibilities for the firs time, senior executives preparing for retirement.

In this role I act as a thought partner and sounding board for leaders to help them:

  • Unblock interpersonal and business challenges

  • Generate greater self-awareness of core strengths, values, key development areas and old patterns

  • Manage culturally diverse teams

  • Follow a process of Discovery, Assessments, Exploration and Action to get you where you want to be.

In addition:

  • Iā€™m an accountability partner with a strong focus on results and SMART goals

  • I offer a full range of services including stakeholder 360 feedback, personality assessments.

  • I offer bi-monthly meetings within a 3,4, or 6-month coaching duration.


HR Consulting

In this role, I help companies:

  • Develop their HR Strategy 

  • Strengthen their culture   

  • Design and evolve talent management and L&D approaches

  • Support M&A integration 

  • Design/strengthen the HR organization
