As a business leader who has worked across many cultures, geographies, functions, and industries I am intensely curious about what motivates people, and how to help them adapt and thrive as they take on new challenges and opportunities. I approach each coaching engagement by trying to understand my client’s unique situation in the context of the system in which they operate and the various stakeholders they interact with to help them find resonant actions and a path forward.

I have worked in finance, marketing, and sales operations roles before moving into HR. For the past 20+ years, I have held global leadership roles in HR including Chief People Officer roles at a late-stage biotech company (most recently), a global Industrial and Aerospace company, a multinational software company and a global real estate investment company. I spent many of these years based in Europe. In all my roles, I have developed a passion for helping people uncover their blind spots, understand their aspirations, and advance their careers.
I have a BA in Psychology from Harvard College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. I am a certified coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and the Coach Training Institute (CTI), and a graduate of the Executive Coaching Program at William James College.

Having grown up in France and spent over 20 years of my professional life based in Europe working in international and global roles, I am highly attuned to cultural nuances and differences and how to manage across cultures. Some of my relevant professional experiences include being SVP HR for a European real estate company based in Paris and International HR director for a Silicon Valley technology company, where I oversaw HR across the European and Asian theatres of operation.
