Navigating Transitions

For the past 30 years I have coached and advised high performing leaders from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and seniority, helping them navigate critical moments of change and opportunity in their professional lives.

I have spent over half of my life in Europe where I grew up and spent 20 years as a professional after obtaining my MBA, I spent the first 10 years of my career in Finance, before landing in HR (after a number of business/operations roles).

I have often had to navigate career transitions at many points in my life whether it was moving from country to country growing up, or as a professional shifting functions, industries/companies, and geographies on multiple occasions.

I thoroughly enjoy bringing my diverse background to helping individuals & teams grow and realize their potential.
