My Approach
My approach to coaching, team effectiveness work and consulting is built on a foundation of trust, open communication, and tailored strategies. I work closely with leaders and teams to help them gain clarity, develop new skills, and drive sustainable growth. By focusing on practical solutions, real-world challenges, and personal accountability, I guide individuals and teams toward lasting transformation—empowering them to reach their full potential and achieve their goals with confidence.
Discovery
Each coaching engagement starts with an exploration of my client’s goals, current challenges, values, aspirations, and motivations. A key outcome of the process is a coaching agreement which outlines in detail how we will work together.
Assessment
In this phase, I gather information about my client’s career and leadership trajectory. I will also explore their current situation along with strengths and areas for growth. I will typically conduct a formal 360 assessment and/or interview key stakeholder interviews. I often include personality assessments such as Type Coach (based on the MBTI personality assessment). I will bring other tools to the table as required, depending on myt client’s need. The client will also provide his/her own self-assessment and reflection. This information is 100% confidential to the client.
Action
In this phase, I work with my clients to refine their coaching goals (based on the assessment results) and find a resonant and focused set of actions to enhance their leadership competencies and effectiveness. This phase is all about helping my clients achieve measurable improvements working closely with their key stakeholders.
