Deep HR experience

I bring over 25 years HR leadership experience to the table. I started my career in HR as the HR Director for Emerging Markets in Europe, Middle East Africa at Compaq Computer based in Munich Germany overseeing nearly 1500 people. Most recently, I was the CHRO of a late stage biotechnology company based in Boston. I held the top HR position in four different companies during that period.

I am proud of my accomplishments in talent management, change management and culture building. I have consistently developed and launched innovative learning and development programs. I have helped many people develop and achieve their career goals, and worked closely with teams from the C-Suite to the front line to improve their effectiveness. Finally, I bring a strong background in M&A and Change Management, having led multiple integration projects both in Europe and in the US.
